Get in Touch With Us

This page explains how to contact the Best Real Money Poker Apps editorial team, what we can help with, and what we can't. We compare real money poker sites and apps for players in the US. We are an independent review site, not a poker room, so we can't manage anyone's account on any site.

Must be 21+ to gamble in most regulated US states. A few states set the minimum age at 18. Check your own state's rule before you play. If gambling is causing you harm, call the national helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER.

Where to send your message

Use the contact form or the editorial email address shown in the site footer or contact panel on this page. We have not listed a separate phone line, postal address or live chat here. If you can't find a contact option, the site is probably being updated, so please try again later.

Please don't send passwords, card numbers, ID documents or full account details. We never need them.

What we can help with

  • Corrections: A bonus term, payment method, state availability note or date looks out of date or wrong. Tell us which page and which statement, and include a source if you have one.
  • Review questions: You want to know how we approached a site we cover, such as Coinpoker, Bovada, Stake.us, Ignition or Americas Card Room. We research and review published information, and we do not claim to have deposited, played or withdrawn.
  • Suggestions: A topic, comparison or poker format you'd like covered, such as cash games, tournaments, rakeback, mobile apps or cash-out times.
  • Business and partnership enquiries: Introduce your company and what you propose. Commercial relationships never decide our rankings, and commission does not buy position.

What we can't do

  • Resolve account disputes. If you have a problem with a deposit, withdrawal, verification request or bonus, contact that poker site's own support first. Keep screenshots and dates. We can't reverse decisions or recover funds.
  • Give legal advice. Online poker rules differ by state. A site accepting US customers is not the same as being licensed and authorized in your state. Check your state gaming commission or board.
  • Predict results or recommend how much to play. Poker involves risk and you can lose money. Only play with money you can afford to lose.

What to include for a faster reply

  1. The page address or title you're writing about.
  2. The exact statement you're questioning.
  3. What you believe is correct, and a link to the official source if you have one.
  4. Your state, if the question involves availability or legality.

We read messages and reply where a reply is useful, but we don't promise a set response time. Corrections are checked against the site's published terms and updated pages carry a fact-check date.

If you need support with gambling

If poker stops being fun, or you are chasing losses, playing more than you planned or hiding play from people close to you, take a break and talk to someone. The national helpline, 1-800-GAMBLER, is available for US callers. Many states also run self-exclusion programs through their gaming commission, and poker sites offer deposit limits and account closure tools. We respect those programs and would never help anyone bypass them.

A note on commercial relationships

We may earn a commission if you sign up through some links on this site. That doesn't change our ratings or the order of our rankings, and it never affects what we say about a site's drawbacks. Bonuses carry wagering requirements, time limits and eligibility rules, so read each site's terms before you deposit.

Looking for something else?

We focus on real money poker for US players. If you're researching casinos aimed at other markets, our page on trusted non GamStop casinos covers that topic separately, and its rules and protections differ from those in the US.
